Football-
Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday-9-11 AM. Bring tennis shoes and cleats each day.

Volleyball-
Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday--8:30-11:30 AM.

Cross Country--
Monday-Thursday--6:45 AM to 8 AM, starting June 19th.

Tennis--
June 27&29th.  July 11,13, 25, 27th.  9- 11 AM.

Girls Golf-
Every Monday at 5 pm.

Softball-
Tuesdays and Thursdays 12:30-1:30 pm, starting June 20th.  Bring tennis shoes and cleats.

Boys Basketball-
Every Tuesday and Wednesday in the month of June from 12:30 pm to 2 pm.

Girls Basketball-
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays from 11:45 am-1:15 pm.

Boys Soccer-
Mondays and Thursdays from 5 pm to 6:30.

Cheerleading-TBA

You will need a current physical to participate in all summer workouts.

If you have gotten a North Carolina High School Athletic Association approved  physical in the last 365 days, your physical will run based on the day you got it and be good for 395 days.  You still will have to complete all PlantetHS paperwork online for this coming school year of 2023-2024 to compete in an official team event.
